Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, or purchasing a design from me
you automatically agree to these terms.

General Terms

◇ Please be kind and patient when reaching out to commission or purchase from me.
I will not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior◇ I kindly request that you speak in a way that can communicate your request properly and easily!
Please avoid typing quirks, font/color changes, obscure slang/abbreviations, etc.

Payment

◇ Payment MUST be made upfront.AFTER I receive payment, I will begin the commission.
Sketches/updates will be provided to you as progress is made and you can check my progress in my Trello Queue as well.◇ I can accept payment thru PayPal, Cashapp, Ko-Fi or Venmo.

Refunds/Cancellations

◇ I have the right to decline or refuse a commission for any reason.◇ If you're not satisfied with the provided sketch I will redraw it up to 3 times.
If you aren't satisfied after that I will refund you in full and will not proceed with the commission.◇ If I need to cancel the commission because of an issue on my part, you will receive a full refund.◇ If it is a cancellation on your end a refund will be given based on how much work has been completed.40% refund if in the lineart stage20% refund if in the flatcolored stageNO refunds after rendering has been started!Refunds will NOT be issued if the cancellation is due to any of the following reasons:- Disrespectful behavior
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Non-responsiveness or abandonment of the commission
(defined as no response from the client for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice or explanation)

Usage/Rights

◇ I have the right to use any commission for public display, including canceled commissions UNLESS specifically stated by the client to keep private.◇ Any commissioned work is for personal use ONLY.
◇ Commercial/Merchandise use is a 50% upcharge!
Please select this option when placing a commission or contact me first!◇ You may post the finished work with proper credit linked back to me!
Example : link to my Linktr.ee, Ko-fi or Insta account◇ You may use the work for personal icons, banners, etc.-----
◇ Do NOT use my art for NFTs or AI generation purposes.◇ Do NOT edit, trace or claim my art as your own.◇ Do NOT remove or alter the watermarks from my art◇ You are NOT permitted to use any of my work to promote offensive, ableist, racist, homophobic, fetishistic and overall inappropriate content.

Turnaround Times

◇ You will receive an estimate of how long your commission will take if you ask !
(Times will vary depending on my workload and irl duties)
◇ I will provide you updates on your commission, and you can check my Trello Queue for more updates!
Please do not spam me for updates!◇ Commissions are completed in order of when they are received◇ I WILL work with strict deadlines if provided the time to do so.
Orders with deadlines may occur a "rush fee".
This will be 25%–50% extra depending on the complexity and requested deadline.◇ If you fail to respond for more than 3 consecutive days you may experience delays with your commission.

Character Ownership & Rights

◇ You recieve full ownership of any original characters (OCs) provided for use in commissions.◇ You may only resell a character design for a higher price than you purchased it for IF you have bought or made additional art for it.◇ You may redesign my character designs as long as it remains somewhat close to the original design.◇ The commercial use of a design created by me must be discussed and agreed upon if you have not already paid the commercial fee for the OC.

Auction, & Raffle Rules

◇ Do not place a bid unless you intend to follow through with payment.◇ Payment for auction wins must be received within 48 hours of winning unless otherwise agreed or a new winner will be selected.◇ Failure to pay for an auction without communication may result in a blacklist from future sales.◇ Raffle winners must claim their prize within 72 hours of being contacted. If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected.
